If the car is not drivable, we can arrange to collect it. Once it is with us, we can deal directly with your insurer so you are not passing the same details around.
The same workshop looks after light commercial vehicles: accounts for small fleets, insurance liaison, and a replacement van when the job needs one.

Call the bodyshop
Ring 0151 647 2105 with the registration, the insurer if you have a claim, and whether the car can be driven.

We collect or you bring it in
Drive to Pilgrim Street, or ask for accident recovery. A courtesy car or replacement van can be arranged.

Repair, claim, return
Panels, paint and alignment are completed in-house, and we liaise with the insurer where you want us to.

Do you only handle large accident repairs?
No. From dings and dents to scuffs, stone chips and scratches, Autocraft carries out quality car body repairs, including paintwork, filling, lacquering, colour matching and panel resprays.
Are courtesy cars and recovery included?
Yes. Free courtesy cars and an accident recovery service are part of choosing Autocraft for car accident repair. Replacement vans are available for light commercial vehicles.
Will you speak to my insurer?
Yes. We assist with car insurance claims for private motorists and offer insurance claim management and liaison for fleets.
Do you repair vans as well as cars?
Yes. Domestic vehicles and light commercial vehicles are both welcome. Fleet accounts can be arranged, including cover for more than one company driver.
